The Virtual Santa Dash is a fun 5k run to take on with friends and family or competitively on your own. Do this 5k challenge anytime between now and the 25th of December, dressed in your favourite festive attire!
Register for the event to gain access to the Virtual Marathon Series runners portal on which you can submit the evidence needed to earn the official Santa Dash Medal and goodie bag.
There is a £10 registration fee which helps cover the cost of the medal and goodie bag.
The Virtual Marathon Series also offers two prizes for:
1. The fastest time in Christmas fancy dress.
2. The person who raises the most money for their chosen charity by Christmas Day.
Virtual Marathon Series will donate £250 to the charities chosen by the two winners. They will also receive a running goodies pack from partner Run Through in the post.
To apply for the fastest runner prize you’ll need to enter your time through the Virtual Marathon Series portal and complete the 5K in a Santa costume or another suitable Christmas outfit.
To apply for the highest fundraiser you’ll need to send an email to virtual@runforcharity.com with a link to your fundraising page no later than the January 1, 2024.
Once you’ve signed up, set up your fundraising page using the link below and share with your friends and family!
If you’ve already secured your place separately and would still like to fundraise for your local NHS, you can also create a fundraising page through the same link.
We’ll provide you with one of our colourful running t-shirts and support you with your fundraising every step of the way.
