Cycling the Tour of Broadmead

Tour of Broadmead

We’re very pleased to have been announced as one of the charities to benefit from Bristol Shopping Quarter’s Tour of Broadmead 2 this summer.

On Saturday 29 July you’ll find us manning three static bikes in (or just in front of) Marks & Spencer, Broadmead for our sponsored cycle relay, raising money for our Prostate Cancer Care Appeal.  Hospital staff, M&S staff and Charity volunteers will be aiming to cycle 188km on the day - the distance replicates Stage One of the Tour of Britain between Edinburgh and Kelso.

And we need cyclists!  So if you fancy doing something super for Southmead and coming along to pedal on the day - even just for half an hour - let us know.  If you don’t fancy cycling, just come along to say hello, cheer us on and find out more about our Appeal.

Email Adrian.brown@southmeadhospitalcharity to take part, and find out more about the Tour of Broadmead here.
