Meet Barry the mannikin. We part-funded the purchase of the mannikin along with the hospital’s anaesthesia department to provide theatre staff with an invaluable training tool. The mannikin has a wifi connection which allows it to have a heartbeat, cough, snore, and even vomit. Theatre anaesthetic assistants will learn everything there is to know about the training tool before helping to train peer groups and multi-disciplinary teams.
Thank you to all of our donors who help make projects like this possible.
