Hero for a day - come and try reiki

Come to Brunel this Friday 6 October for a superhero, stress-reducing reiki treatment.

Friday is our Hero for a Day, and to raise funds for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit reiki practitioner Clare Russell and her colleagues will be offering reiki sessions from 11am – 3pm for a donation to our Charity.  All the money raised by the sessions will go towards NICU and Clare has a particular reason for fundraising for the Unit – her daughter was born here at Southmead Hospital last year on Hero for a Day and was looked after for 3 months in NICU. Seeing the NICU staff taking part in Hero for a Day has inspired Clare to fundraise for them this year.

So, come and give reiki a go.  No need to book, just come to our Brunel building from 11am.

On Hero for a Day people at school, work or club dress up as their favourite super hero and collect donations for us.  If you’d like to do something super for Southmead and take part, there’s still time to register: http://bit.ly/2bB79FJ
