On Thursday 5 July we’re holding our own Big7tea party to celebrate the NHS’s 70th birthday and we’d love to see you there.
Pop into our Brunel building between 10 am and 2 pm for a cuppa, slice of cake, and enjoy live music from the last 7 decades. You’ll be able to share your stories of the NHS and take part in creative activities. You’ll also be able to see a photographic display of Southmead Hospital through the decades.
Across the country people will be hosting Big7tea tea parties to raise money for hospital charities like ours as a thank you to the NHS. All the money raised at our Big7tea will go towards supporting our hospital departments, and our Prostate Cancer Care Appeal to buy a second surgical robot to treat more urological cancers and save more lives.
And there’s still time to get organised if you’d like to host your own Big7tea at home, work, school or in your local community and raise money for Southmead Hosptial Charity. Please get in touch with the team for a free fundraising pack or download one here:
