Southmead Hospital Charity
With your help we can fund ground-breaking medical research, provide specialist equipment at the cutting-edge of technology and improve treatment facilities for generations to come.
Southmead Hospital Charity raises money to support the work of Southmead Hospital, Cossham Hospital and community health services in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.
Working alongside our staff and patients, we fundraise for projects that are beyond the remit of the NHS but have a huge impact on the lives of patients.
Our Heroes are our team of skydivers who have raised thousands of pounds after jumping out of a plane!
Members of staff including a radiographer, an accountant, a nurse and a trainee nurse along with two mums whose babies were treated in NICU, jumped out of a plane at 10,000 feet recently to raise money for the charity.
Pictured is North Bristol NHS Trust radiographer Nigel Bush doing his skydive.
