Sadly not everyone that comes to hospital gets better. Ensuring a dignified death is something we’re very proud to support.

You can set up a special tribute page, donate in your loved one’s name, organise a collection at a funeral or memorial service, or take on an event to fundraise in memory.

You may wish to mark your loved one’s birthday or an anniversary with a yearly or more frequent donation. Please get in touch with Hannah so she can support you to give in a way that is most suitable for you.
We know that no-one can understand exactly what your loss feels like to you. But we do understand that it’s sometimes easier to talk to someone outside of your friends and family about grief.
GriefChat was created by bereavement experts and by clicking on the GriefChat box below, you can chat directly to a specially trained bereavement counsellor.
The team of counsellors is experienced in supporting bereaved people and will listen to your story, explore how your grief is affecting you and help you to find any additional support you might need.
It’s a completely free service and is available Monday-Friday, 9am-9pm (except Bank Holidays) or by email out of these hours.
Giving in memory of a loved one is a deeply personal experience. Hannah can support you throughout this process.
